Discharge – Special Consideration. Where it is found necessary to discharge an employee due to failure to make satisfactory progress in the employee’s work, but the employee’s service has otherwise been satisfactory, the Company will endeavour to place the employee in alternative work for which the employee is qualified, subject to its other responsibilities and commitments.
