Disciplinary Actions Available. When a respondent has been found to have violated one or more provisions of the Code of Ethics, the Ethics Committee may issue and order one or more of the following disciplinary or remedial actions:

  • Disciplinary Actions Disciplinary Actions and Appeals shall be governed by SP&P, TSHRS regulations and TSHRS Disciplinary Action Policy 7G.l.
