The Consultant makes no representation that as a result of the services to be provided by it (a) the price of the Company's publicly traded securities will increase (if applicable), (b) any person will purchase securities in the Company as a result of the contract, or (c) any investor will lend money to or invest in or with the Company. In addition, the Consultant makes no representation that he is a securities attorney or equivalent and reliance should not be made on those statements.
