DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Subject to and without limiting the indemnification obligations of each Party under Article 10, under no circumstances shall either Party be liable to the other Party for consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any breach thereof. Both Parties hereby disclaim such damages.
