Disclaimer of Other Warranties. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION 4, THE LICENSED SOFTWARE AND ANY SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER ARE PROVIDED TO LICENSEE “AS IS,” WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OF INFORMATION, QUIET ENJOYMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND TITLE/NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, LICENSEE ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES IT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF ALL DATA, INCLUDING PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION AND OTHER PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, THAT MAY BE PROCESSED BY THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, WHILE IN THE POSSESSION, CUSTODY OR CONTROL OF LICENSEE, AND ITS CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS.
