Requesting a Paper Copy of the service providerYour Account Statement Disclosure Agreement You can request a paper copy of your account statement by calling (000-000-0000 or 000-000-0000) Monday through Friday from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm CST. A $2.00 fee per statement copy will be assessed to your account.

Further, the Farm Credit Association has the discretion from time to time and upon giving notice to you to modify, restrict, withdraw, cancel, suspend or discontinue the eStatement Service without giving any reason and you understand that by using eStatement Service after any modification or change has been affected, you would have agreed to such modification or change. Consent By checking the box and clicking "Accept" on other websites. We are not responsible the enrollment page, you consent and agree that the Farm Credit Association may provide certain disclosures and notices to you in electronic form, in lieu of paper form, including electronic delivery of statements (eStatements) for your account(s), warrant that you have the content or privacy of websites linked from Mutual Savings Credit Union’s websites. Please review appropriate equipment and software to provide the privacy policy ability to receive and retain eStatements and notices, and warrant that you have appropriate authority to act on behalf of the service providerowners of any and all accounts. Firstrust is also not responsible for any compromise of your information including but not limited to passwords and other access codes, systems, disruption of service or the processing of unauthorized transactions caused by your use of a wireless network or other unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. Firstrust is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions. Any information you receive from Firstrust is believed to be reliable, however, it can only be provided on a best-efforts basis for your convenience and is not guaranteed. We do not and cannot warrant that Online Banking and/or Xxxx Pay will operate without errors, or that any or all Services will be available and operational at all times. You acknowledge that the continued availability of third party services is not within our control and agree that we will not be liable for any damages, loss of use, or inability to use, the Online Banking services in the event such third party services are unavailable. We will not be liable for any deficiencies in the accuracy, completeness, availability or timeliness of such information or for any decision made using this information. Firstrust is also not responsible for any compromise of your information including but not limited to passwords and other access codes, systems, disruption of service or the processing of unauthorized transactions caused by your use of a wireless network or other unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY - You agree that any notice or other type of communication provided to you pursuant to the terms of this Agreement may be made available to you electronically by posting the notice on the Bank System website. To the extent required by applicable law or regulation. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY - All information gathered from you in connection with using the Service will be governed by the provisions of our consumer privacy policy (applicable to consumer accounts only), as well as our online privacy policy, which you agree to review by accessing on our homepage. In addition, we will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers you make: • Where it is necessary for completing transfers; • In order to verify the existence and condition of your account for a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant; • In order to comply with government agency or court orders; or • If you give us your written permission. SECURITY INTEREST IN ACCOUNTS - You grant us a security interest in all accounts or other deposits (whether general or special) of yours at the Bank, consequential to secure your obligations to us under this Agreement. This security interest will survive termination of this Agreement. You agree and certify that neither the software nor any direct product thereof is being or will be used by you for loss any purpose prohibited by these Acts. Our ability to provide certain Services may be dependent upon our ability to obtain or provide access to third-party networks. In the event, any third-party network is unavailable or we determine in our sole discretion, that we cannot continue providing any third-party network access, we may discontinue the related Service or may provide the Service through an alternate third-party network. In such situations, we will have no liability for the unavailability or delay of access. Notwithstanding the limitations described above pertaining to third parties, if you authorize a third party to access the Services on your behalf, you will be solely responsible and liable for all actions and inactions of said third party. You expressly assume the risks associated with providing Service access rights to your agents or third-party vendors, including but not limited to the risk of unauthorized or erroneous transactions. You also agree that only your service provider is responsible for its products and services. For example, you agree to resolve any problems pertaining to your Wireless Access Device or mobile services with your provider directly. UPLOADED CONTENT, LINKED SITES AND ADVERTISEMENTS - From our website, you may be able to access uploaded content provided or operated by third parties.
