Common use of Disclaimer or Quitclaim Clause in Contracts

Disclaimer or Quitclaim. In case the Company has sold, exchanged, dedicated or otherwise disposed of, or has agreed or intends to sell, exchange, dedicate or otherwise dispose of, or a Governmental Authority has lawfully ordered the Company to divest itself of, any property of a character excepted from the Lien hereof, or the Company desires to disclaim or quitclaim title to property to which the Company does not purport to have title, the Trustee shall, from time to time, execute such instruments of disclaimer or quitclaim as may be appropriate upon receipt by the Trustee of the following:
