Common use of Disclaimer Statement Clause in Contracts

Disclaimer Statement. The Parties hereto shall not be held liable to each other, if a force majeure occurs, making the Parties or either party unable to perform or partially perform the relevant obligations hereunder, provided that the affected party or parties shall notify the other party of the event of force majeure within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of the force majeure, and provide the relevant certificates. Upon elimination of the effect of the force majeure, the party or the Parties shall continue to perform this Agreement.
