Disclosure and Ownership of Company Innovations. Consultant agrees to make and maintain adequate and current records of all Company Innovations, which records shall be and remain the property of Company. Consultant agrees to promptly disclose to Company every Company Innovation. Consultant hereby does and will assign to Company, or Company's designee, Consultant's entire worldwide right, title and interest in and to all Company Innovations and all associated records and intellectual property rights.
