Common use of Disclosure between Primary Creditors and Security Agent Clause in Contracts

Disclosure between Primary Creditors and Security Agent. Notwithstanding any agreement to the contrary, each of the Debtors consents, until the Final Discharge Date, to the disclosure by any Primary Creditor and the Security Agent to each other (whether or not through a Creditor Representative or the Security Agent) of such information concerning the Debtors as any Primary Creditor or the Security Agent shall see fit.
