Common use of Disclosure Legally Required Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Legally Required. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Supplement, DSM shall not be in breach of this Supplement in respect of any disclosure of Customer Data made by DSM, whether or not such Customer Data is subject to Privacy Laws, in circumstances where such disclosure is required by any Laws, including any Privacy Laws, provided that, where permitted and practicable, the Customer is given reasonable advance notice of the intended disclosure. DSM’s liability for any unauthorized and illegal intrusion into the Customers data (data hacking) shall not exceed the limits of DSM’s Cyber Policy coverage.
