Common use of Disclosure Notices Clause in Contracts

Customer hereby acknowledges receipt from Scotia of a copy of this Agreement and acknowledges that it has separately received one or more notices as follows: · a notice containing the address and telephone number of the department of Scotia to which any complaints as to Customer’s account may be directed; and · a notice concerning Scotia’s payment for order flow practices. A copy of Scotia’s business continuity plan can be obtained upon written request to xxxxxx.xxxx@xxxxxx.xxx.
