Common use of Disclosure of ADSs Sold Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of ADSs Sold. The Company will disclose in its Annual Reports on Form 20-F and on Form 6-K when disclosing interim financial reports, as applicable, the number of ADSs sold through the Manager under this Agreement, the Net Proceeds to the Company and the compensation paid by the Company with respect to sales of ADSs pursuant to this Agreement during the relevant period; and, if required by any subsequent change in Commission policy or request, more frequently by means of a Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K or a further Prospectus Supplement.

Disclosure of ADSs Sold.
