Disclosure of Agreement Terms. (a) Except to the extent required by Law or by securities exchange listing requirements or as otherwise permitted in accordance with Section 9.4.1, neither Party shall make any public announcements concerning this Agreement or the subject matter hereof without the prior written consent of the other, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
