Common use of Disclosure of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Agreement. Executive acknowledges and agrees that, during the Restricted Period, Executive will disclose the existence and terms of the Protective Covenants in Section 7 of this Agreement to any prospective employer or business partner, within the Restricted Territory prior to entering into an employment, partnership, or other business relationship with such prospective employer or business partner. Executive further agrees that Employer shall have the right to make any such prospective employer or business partner of Executive within the Restricted Territory aware of the existence and terms of the Protective Covenants in Section 7 of this Agreement.
