Common use of Disclosure of Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Beneficiaries. If the Client effects Transactions for the Account of clients or other beneficial owners, whether on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis, and whether as agent or by matching Transactions as principal with the beneficiaries, the Client agrees that, in relation to a Transaction where USL has received an inquiry from regulators, the Client shall immediately upon USL’s request provide to the regulators such identity details of the beneficiaries for whose Account the Transaction was effected, of the person with the ultimate beneficial interest in the Transaction and/or of the person who originated the Transaction.

If the Client effects Transactions transactions for the Account of clients Client(s) or other beneficial owners, whether on a discretionary or non-non- discretionary basis, and whether as an agent or by matching Transactions transactions as a principal with the beneficiaries, the Client agrees that, in relation to a Transaction transaction where USL XxxxXxxx has received an inquiry from regulators, the Client shall immediately upon USL’s BullBear request provide to the regulators such identity details of the beneficiaries for whose Account the Transaction transaction was effected, of the person with the ultimate beneficial interest in the Transaction transaction and/or of the person who originated the Transactiontransaction.
