Common use of Disclosure of Certain Information Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Certain Information. Upon request by LENDER, BORROWER agrees to authorize and direct all accountants and auditors employed by it at any time during the term of this Agreement to exhibit and deliver to LENDER copies of any of its financial statements, trial balances or other accounting records of any sort in their possession, and to disclose to LENDER any information they may have concerning its financial status and business operations.
