Disclosure of Compensation. EPCO, on behalf of the EPCO Group, shall disclose to the General Partner the amount of compensation or other remuneration of any EPCO Group employees who are executive officers or directors of the General Partner or EPD, to the extent required for the MLP Group to comply with the requirements of applicable law, including applicable Federal securities laws.
