Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest. During your employment with the Company, you will promptly, fully and frankly disclose to the Company in writing: 5.1.1 the nature and extent of any interest you have or may have, directly or indirectly, in any contract or transaction or proposed contract or transaction of or with the Company or any Affiliate of the Company or any Key Contact; 5.1.2 every office you may hold or acquire, and every property you may possess or acquire, whereby directly or indirectly, a duty or interest might be created in conflict with the interests of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company, or your duties and obligations under this Agreement; and 5.1.3 the nature and extent of any conflict referred to in Sections 5.1.1 and 5.1.2.
