Disclosure of Conflicts of Interests. Any Trustee with a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in any matter involving the Trust or Trust Funds shall: (a) immediately disclose such interest in writing to the other Trustees; (b) withdraw from any meeting of the Trustees while such matter is being considered; and (c) refrain from voting on, or otherwise influencing, the decision of the other It shall not be considered that a Trustee has a conflict of interest merely by virtue of that Trustee also being a member of the Community Council.
