Disclosure of Contingent Liabilities. To the best of the knowledge and belief of the Parent, neither the Parent nor any of its Subsidiaries has any contingent obligation, liability for taxes, long-term leases, unusual forward or other liabilities, which are material in amount in relation to the consolidated financial condition of the Parent and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole and which are not disclosed in the financial statements (including the related notes) described in subsection 6.6 above.
