Disclosure of Defects in Property. The Borrower or any of the Security Provider, are not aware of any document, judgment or legal process or other charges or any latent or patent defect affecting the title of the Borrower in the property underlying the Security or any material defects in the Security which has remained undisclosed and/or which may affect the interests, rights and claims of Bank prejudicially or adversely, or which might have caused Bank not to enter into this Agreement or provide the Loan.
