Common use of Disclosure of Developments Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Developments. Employee agrees that during and subsequent to Employee’s employment with AxoGen, Employee will promptly disclose and furnish complete information to AxoGen relating to all inventions, improvements, modifications, discoveries, methods and developments, whether patentable or not, made or conceived by Employee or under Employee’s direction during Employee’s employment whether or not made or conceived during normal business hours or on AxoGen premises.
