Disclosure of DIR’s and Customers’ Confidential Information. (a) The Parties will report any and all unauthorized disclosures or uses of either Party’s Confidential Information that may have been disclosed in an unauthorized manner. The Parties acknowledge that any publication or disclosure of either Party’s Confi- dential Information to another party may cause immediate and irreparable harm to ei- ther Party and may constitute a violation of State or Federal laws. If the Parties should publish or disclose such Confidential Information to another party without au- thorization, the affected Party will immediately be entitled to seek injunctive relief or any other remedies to which it is, or they are, entitled under law or equity without re- xxxxxxx a cure period as described in Article 11.
