Common use of Disclosure of Information by Lender Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Information by Lender. In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by the Lender in accordance with Section 8.5 (Assignments by Lender) or Section 8.6 (Participations by Lender), the Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise.

Disclosure of Information by Lender. In Subject to the provisions of Section 8.21 (Confidentiality), in connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by the Lender in accordance with Section 8.5 (Assignments by Lender) or Section 8.6 (Participations by Lender), the Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise.

In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by the Lender in accordance with Section 8.5 7.5 (Assignments by Lender) or Section 8.6 7.6 (Participations by Lender), the Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise.

In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by the Lender in accordance with Section 8.5 (Assignments by Lender) or Section 8.6 (and Participations by Lender), the Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise, provided that any such purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant agrees to treat such information as confidential.

In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by the Lender in accordance with Section 8.5 (Assignments by Lender) or Section 8.6 (Participations by Lender), the Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant participant, provided the foregoing agree to maintain the confidentiality of such material, all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise.

In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by the Lender in accordance with Section 8.5 11.5 (Assignments by Lender) or Section 8.6 11.6 (Participations by Lender), the Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise.

In Subject to the provisions of Section 7.8 (Confidentiality) hereof, in connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by the Lender in accordance with Section 8.5 7.5 (Assignments by Lender) or Section 8.6 7.6 (Participations by Lender), the Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise.

Disclosure of Information by Lender. In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by the Lender in accordance with Section 8.5 (Assignments by Lender) or Section 8.6 (Participations by Lender), the Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise; provided that each such recipient shall have executed a confidentiality agreement containing substantially the same terms as Section 8.21 hereof.

In Subject to the provisions of Section 9.20 (Confidentiality), in connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by the Lender in accordance with Section 8.5 9.5 (Assignments by Lender) or Section 8.6 9.6 (Participations by Lender), the Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise.
