Common use of Disclosure of Information by Lenders Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Information by Lenders. In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by any Lender in accordance with Section 9.5 (Assignments by Lenders) or Section 9.6 (Participations by Lenders), each Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise.

Disclosure of Information by Lenders. In connection with any transaction contemplated by Section 9.5 (Remaining Syndication) sale, transfer, assignment or participation by any Lender in accordance with Section 9.5 9.6 (Assignments by Lenders) or Section 9.6 9.7 (Participations by Lenders), each Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential Lender, purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise.

In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by any Lender in accordance with Section 9.5 (Assignments by Lenders) Lenders )or Section 9.6 (Participations by Lenders), each Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise, provided, however, that such proposed assignee or participant agrees to be subject to the provisions of Section 9.20 hereof.

(a) In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by any Lender in accordance with Section 9.5 (Assignments by Lenders) or Section 9.6 (Participations by Lenders), each Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise, provided that such actual or potential purchaser shall agree to keep confidential any non-public information delivered or made available to such Lender.
