Common use of Disclosure of Information by Lenders Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Information by Lenders. (a) In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by any Lender in accordance with Section 9.5 or 9.6 above, each Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise, provided that such actual or potential purchaser shall agree to keep confidential any non-public information delivered or made available to such Lender.

(a) In connection with any sale, transfer, assignment or participation by any Lender in accordance with Section 9.5 9.6 (Participations by Lenders) or 9.6 aboveSection 9.7 (Disclosure of Information), each Lender shall have the right to disclose to any actual or potential purchaser, assignee, transferee or participant all financial records, information, reports, financial statements and documents obtained in connection with this Agreement and/or any of the other Financing Documents or otherwise, provided that such actual or potential purchaser shall agree to keep confidential any non-public information delivered or made available to such Lender.
