Common use of Disclosure of Information Relating to Agreement Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Information Relating to Agreement. Each Agent and each Lender may disclose the existence of this Agreement, the size of the credit facilities hereunder, the number and nature of tranches (i.e., revolver, term loan, etc.) hereunder, the Revolving Commitment Termination Date, the names and title of the Agents hereunder and the number of Lenders to market data collectors, similar services providers to the lending industry, and service providers to the Agents and the Lenders in connection with the administration and management of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents.
