Disclosure of Information to External Consultants. The IESO may disclose relevant information, including confidential information, and documentation to external consultants retained by the IESO to assist in completing the technical feasibility study. Such information is information that may be reasonably required by a consultant to perform or assist in performing the technical feasibility study and will be treated in accordance with the market rules and the IESO’s standard policies pertaining to the use of confidential information.
