Common use of Disclosure of Innovations Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Innovations. Executive will promptly disclose to UGSI, or its designees, in writing, all Innovations that Executive, alone or jointly with others, creates or first reduces to practice during the period of Executive's employment with UGSI.
