Disclosure of Inventions and Works of Authorship. EMPLOYEE shall promptly make full disclosure to XM or to an authorized representative thereof of all information relating to the making, conception, discovery, development, creation or reduction to practice of Inventions, or of software and other works of authorship owned by XM pursuant to Section 6.1 above.
