Common use of Disclosure of Inventions and Works of Authorship Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Inventions and Works of Authorship. EXECUTIVE shall promptly make full disclosure to WORLDSPACE or to an authorized representative thereof all information relating to the making, conception, discovery, development, creation or reduction to practice of Inventions, or of software and other Works of Authorship owned by WORLDSPACE pursuant to Section 6.1 above.
