Common use of Disclosure of Joint Inventions Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Joint Inventions. Each Party must, to the extent not prohibited by third party agreements or obligations, promptly disclose to the other Party any New Development or invention disclosures, or other similar documents, submitted to it by its employees, agents or independent contractors describing inventions that may be Joint Inventions, and all information relating to such inventions.
