Common use of Disclosure of Material Matters Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Material Matters. Immediately upon learning thereof, report to the Lender all matters materially affecting the value, enforceability or collectibility of any portion of the Collateral including, without limitation, any Loan Party's reclamation or repossession of, or the return to any Loan Party of, a material amount of goods or material claims or material disputes asserted by any Customer or other obligor.

Disclosure of Material Matters. Immediately upon learning thereof, report to the Lender Borrower all matters materially affecting the value, enforceability or collectibility of any portion of the Collateral including, without limitation, any Loan Borrower Party's ’s reclamation or repossession of, or the return to any Loan Borrower Party of, a material amount of goods or material claims or material disputes asserted by any Customer customer or other obligor.
