Disclosure of Merchant Location. You shall prominently and clearly disclose to the Cardholder that You are the merchant at all points of the interaction and provide the Cardholder your location (physical address) so that the Cardholder can easily distinguish You from any other party, such as a supplier of products or services. The Merchant name and location, as disclosed to the Cardholder, must be the same as provided in authorization and clearing Transaction messages.
