Common use of Disclosure of Outside Income Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Outside Income. In accordance with NCAA regulations, the Employee shall report annually in writing to the President of the University, on or before June 30 of each fiscal year, all income from sources outside the University, and the University shall have reasonable access to all records of the Employee necessary to verify such report. In addition, in accordance with NCAA regulations, Employee may be required to report outside income directly to the NCAA.

Disclosure of Outside Income. In accordance with NCAA regulations, the Employee shall report annually in writing to the President of the University, through the Athletic Director or Employee’s supervisor, on or before June 30 of each fiscal year, all income from sources outside the University, including, but not limited to, income from annuities, sports camps, housing benefits, complimentary ticket sales, television and radio programs and endorsement or consultation contracts with athletic shoe, apparel or equipment manufacturers or sellers, and the University shall have reasonable access to all records of the Employee necessary to verify such report. In addition, in accordance with NCAA regulations, Employee may be required to report outside income directly to the NCAA.
