Common use of Disclosure of Patentable Inventions Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Patentable Inventions. In addition to the disclosures required, each Party shall provide the other any invention disclosure related to the Research Program which has been submitted to it in the normal course of disclosing an invention. Such invention disclosures shall be provided promptly after submission and in no event later than 10 business days after the end of the calendar quarter in which the disclosure was submitted.

Disclosure of Patentable Inventions. In addition to the disclosures requiredrequired under Article II hereof, each Party shall provide to the other any invention disclosure related to the Research Program Field which has been submitted to it in the normal course of disclosing an inventioninvention and which has arisen in the course of the Research hereunder. Such invention disclosures shall be provided to the other Party promptly after submission and in no event later than 10 business ten (10) days after the end of the calendar quarter in which the disclosure was submitted.
