Common use of Disclosure of Patentable Inventions Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Patentable Inventions. In addition to ----------------------------------- the disclosures required under Article XIII, each Party shall provide to the other any invention disclosure submitted in the normal course and disclosing an invention within the Field arising in the course of the collaboration during the term of this Agreement. Such invention disclosures shall be provided to the other Party promptly after submission and in no event later than ten (10) days after the end of the calendar quarter in which the disclosure was submitted.

Disclosure of Patentable Inventions. In addition to ----------------------------------- the disclosures required under Article XIII14, each Party shall provide to the other other, any written invention disclosure submitted to a Party's legal department in the normal course and disclosing which discloses an invention within the Field arising made under this Agreement that is useful in the course of the collaboration during the term of this AgreementField. Such invention disclosures shall be provided to the other Party promptly after submission and in no event later than ten within thirty (1030) days after the end Party commences preparation of the calendar quarter in which the disclosure was submitteda patent application based on such disclosure.
