Common use of Disclosure of Prior State Employment Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Prior State Employment. If this Contract is for consulting services under Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, in accordance with Section 2254.033 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies that it does not employ an individual who was employed by Owner or another agency at any time during the two years preceding the submission of any Solicitation response related to this Contract or, in the alternative, Contractor has disclosed in any related Solicitation response the following: (i) the nature of the previous employment with Owner or the other agency; (ii) the date the employment was terminated; and (iii) the annual rate of compensation at the time the employment was terminated.
