Disclosure of Prior State Employment. Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2254.033, relating to consulting services, Vendor certifies that it does not employ an individual who has been employed by TWC or another agency at any time during the two (2) years preceding submission of the solicitation response or, in the alternative, Vendor has disclosed in its solicitation response the following: (a) the nature of the
