Disclosure of Proprietary Property and Execution of Documents. Executive further agrees to promptly disclose to the Company any and all Proprietary Property which Executive has assigned, transferred and set over or will assign, transfer and set over as provided in Section 6.2 above, and Executive agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Company (or, as applicable, to a subsidiary of the Company), without additional compensation and without expense to Executive, any and all instruments reasonably requested, and to do any and all lawful acts which, in the reasonable judgment of the Company or its attorneys (or, as applicable, a subsidiary of the Company or its attorneys) may be required or desirable in order to vest in the Company or such subsidiary all property rights with respect to such Proprietary Property.

Executive further agrees to promptly disclose to the Company any and all Proprietary Property which Executive has assigned, transferred and set over or will assign, transfer and set over as provided in Section 6.2 6(b) above, and Executive agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Company (or, as applicable, to a subsidiary of the Company), without additional compensation and without expense to Executive, any and all instruments reasonably requested, and to do any and all lawful acts which, in the reasonable judgment of the Company or its attorneys (or, as applicable, a subsidiary of the Company or its attorneys) may be required or desirable in order to vest in the Company or such subsidiary all property rights with respect to such Proprietary Property.
