Disclosure of Results Outside the CHDI Research Group. On and after the date which is two years following the date on which each Result was required to be disclosed to the Foundation under this Agreement (each such date hereinafter referred to as the "Disclosure Date" in respect of such Result), the Foundation shall have the right to disclose (other than through Publication) such Result to any individual or organization without any restrictions unless prior to the Disclosure Date the Researcher or the Research Institution notifies the Foundation that there exists good reasons for such disclosure to be withheld for an additional six-month period, in which case the Disclosure Date will be extended for an additional six months and the provisions of this Section 8(f) shall apply to such new Disclosure Date.
