Disclosure of Results Outside the CHDI Research Group. On and after the date (the "Disclosure Date") which is two years following the End Date specified in Appendix A, the Foundation shall have the right to disclose (other than through Publication) all Results to any individual or organization without any restrictions unless prior to the Disclosure Date the Researcher or the Research Institution notifies the Foundation that there exists good reasons for such disclosure to be withheld for an additional six-month period, in which case the Disclosure Date will be extended for an additional six months and the provisions of this Section 7(f) shall apply to such new Disclosure Date.
