The Company will disclose in its annual and interim management’s discussion and analysis prepared and filed in accordance with Canadian Securities Laws, as applicable, the number of Shares sold through the Manager under this Agreement, the Net Proceeds to the Company and the compensation paid by the Company with respect to sales of Shares pursuant to this Agreement during the relevant quarter; and, if required by any subsequent change in Commission policy or request, more frequently by means of a report on Form 6-K or other applicable form.
