Common use of Disclosure of Shares Sold Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Shares Sold. The Company will disclose in its Annual Reports on Form 20-F and in its Reports on Form 6-K when disclosing interim financial statements or results, as applicable, the number of Shares sold through the Manager under this Agreement, the Net Proceeds to the Company and the compensation paid by the Company with respect to sales of Shares pursuant to this Agreement during the relevant period; and, if required by any subsequent change in Commission policy or request, more frequently by means of a Report on Form 6-K or a further Prospectus Supplement.

Disclosure of Shares Sold.
