Each Party acknowledges that it and other members of its Group may have in its or their possession confidential or proprietary information of third Persons that was received under a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement between such third Person and the other Party. Each Party will, and will cause its respective Group members and its Representatives to, hold in strict confidence the confidential and proprietary information of third Persons to which any member of such Party’s Group has access, in accordance with the terms of any agreements entered into between such third Person and the other Party or a member of the other Party’s Group.
