Common use of Disclosure of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of this Agreement. Executive hereby authorizes the Company to notify others, including but not limited to customers of the Company and any of its subsidiaries and any of Executive’s future employers or prospective business associates, of the terms and existence of this Agreement and Executive’s continuing obligations hereunder.

Executive and Company each hereby authorizes the Company other to notify others, including but not limited to customers of the Company and any of its subsidiaries and Company, any of Executive’s future employers, potential employers or prospective service recipients, and, for a reasonable business associatespurpose, others, of the terms and existence of this Agreement and Executive’s continuing obligations hereunderto the Company thereunder.

Executive hereby authorizes the Company to notify others, including but not limited to customers of the Company and any of its subsidiaries and any of Executive’s future employers or prospective business associatesemployers, of the terms and existence of this Agreement and Executive’s continuing obligations hereunderresponsibilities under this Agreement. The Company authorizes Executive to notify Executive’s potential future employers of the terms of this Agreement and Executive’s responsibilities thereunder, and Executive shall notify actual future employers during the Restricted Period of Executive’s responsibilities under this Agreement to the extent such responsibilities are still in effect as of such future employment.
