Common use of Disclosure of Trade Secret Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Trade Secret. The disclosure of any Trade Secret by either party under any of the following circumstances shall not be deemed as a breach of this Agreement: Such information is disclosed with the prior written consent of the other party, and disclosed by a party according to the requirement of law to which it is subject, provided that the disclosing party shall inform the other party in writing in advance of the exact nature of the Trade Secret to be disclosed.
