Disclosure of Unusual Incidents. Contractor shall notify the County’s Behavioral Health Administrator, by telephone, of the violation of any provision of this Contract within 24 hours of obtaining reasonable cause to believe such a violation occurred. Notice of such violation shall be confirmed by deliver to the County’s Behavioral Health Administrator, within 72 hours of obtaining a reasonable cause to believe that such violation occurred, of a written notice which shall describe the violation in detail. Contractor shall comply with state law and the County’s policies and requirements concerning the reporting of unusual occurrences and incidents.
