Disclosure or Use of Trade Secrets. During the Term hereof, Executive will have access to and become acquainted with what Executive and Bank acknowledge are trade secrets of Bank of any affiliate of Bank. Executive shall not use or disclose any trade secrets or, directly or indirectly, cause them to be used or disclosed in any manner, during the Term hereof or for a period of one year after the termination of this Agreement, except as may be required or requested by Bank, by court order or under applicable law or regulation.
