Common use of Disclosure Period Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Period. This Agreement pertains to the Confidential Information disclosed to, or to which access is provided to, from the Effective Date until the earlier of: a. Termination of the dealings between the parties; or b. Termination of a definitive agreement entered into between the parties hereto that specifically references and incorporates this Agreement; or c. The execution of a definitive agreement between the parties hereto which sets forth the treatment of Confidential Information thereafter.

Disclosure Period. This Agreement pertains to the Confidential Information disclosed to, or to which access is provided to, from during the period commencing with the Effective Date until and ending on the earlier of: a. Termination earliest of the (i) termination of dealings between the parties; or b. Termination Parties and delivery of written notice thereof by either Party specifically referencing this Agreement, (ii) a definitive agreement is entered into between the parties hereto that specifically references and incorporates this Agreement; or c. The execution of a definitive agreement between the parties Parties hereto which sets forth then governs the treatment of Confidential Information information disclosed thereafter, or (iii) six (6) months after the Effective Date (the “Disclosure Period”).

Termination earliest of the (a) termination of dealings between the parties, and delivery of written notice thereof by either party specifically referencing this Agreement; or b. Termination of (b) a definitive agreement is entered into between the parties hereto that specifically references and incorporates this Agreement; or c. The execution of a definitive agreement between the parties hereto hereto, which sets forth will then govern the treatment of Confidential Information confidential information disclosed thereafter, or (c) one (1) year after the Effective Date.
